At Built In, videos were a necessary and important part of our employer branding tool kit for customers. My task? Build a content strategy and execute a responsive menu of employer branding videos that met specific client needs, while building a cost-effective, scalable process for internal stakeholders.

At Built In, collaboration is where the magic happens. Empowering leaders to build the future together is what Built In was all about. As a team member on this video project, I helped with copy, concepting, and project management.

Northern Trust.

An example video in our signature “Insider Spotlight” style, focused on bringing the view in past the fourth wall, pulling back the curtain to share more about the heart and soul and the exciting tech our client companies embraced.

United We Tech.

The United We Tech video series featured a fun, talk-show style conversation with key employees highlighting company culture, rapport, a lightning round of questions, and an inside look at our client companies.

Our unique filming style allowed us to film nationwide with a limited crew and no travel, while still focusing on real people rather than animation.
